Sands Genova Strategic is a political consulting firm led by Amanda Sands and Jessica Genova. Founded in 2024, our firm takes a holistic approach to campaign and project management in the Democratic and progressive space.
We provide guidance and strategic support to our clients, taking on senior advisory or general consulting roles to keep campaigns and organizations on the right track and poised to accomplish their goals. In addition to our consulting work, Amanda and Jessica share a passion for building a bench of qualified Democratic candidates by training candidates and political staff to win races up and down the ballot.
We are proud to work with a number of clients nationwide, including political candidates, elected officials, political parties, labor unions, and more.
Amanda and Jessica have a combined two decades of experience in the political industry, having worked on and with campaigns in 30 states. We look forward to expanding our map and continuing to support Democratic campaigns and progressive organizations in every corner of the country.
